Return & Refund Policy — SSG Garments

At SSG Garments, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully check every order before dispatch. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, we are here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Period

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • Free from stains, perfume, makeup, washing, or any other signs of use

2. Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures/videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, SSG Garments will arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.

3. Size Exchange

If you ordered the wrong size, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Return/exchange delivery charges may apply in case of a customer-requested size or product change.

4. Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Items cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been:

  • Worn or washed

  • Damaged by the customer

  • Altered or modified

  • Returned without original tags

  • Returned after the 7-day return period

6. Sale & Discounted Items

Products purchased during special sales, clearance offers, or promotional campaigns may be non-refundable/non-exchangeable, unless the product is received damaged or incorrect.

7. How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact SSG Garments Customer Support with your Order Number and details of the issue.

We reserve the right to inspect returned products before approving any return, exchange, or refund.
